Regional Sales - Project/Retail/Corporate - Electricals/Electronics

Urgently looking for Regional Sales - Project / Retail / Corporate for Luminaries - Electricals/Electronics (8 -12 Yrs) for Mumbai Location.

Job Description:

- Handling LED lighting sales for Western India.

- Handling Retail, Corporate and Project Sales

- Meet with Architects/Contractors/Consultants/Corporate customers regarding the products based on KPI.

- Getting the products specified from the above mentioned people.

- Channel Appointment for for LED lights.

- Arranging seminars/Technical discussion with Corporate customers/ Architects/Contractors/Consultants.

- Lead a team in assigned geographic area

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Minimum 8 -10 years of relevant experience. (preferably having exposure to Consumer Durable / Electrical/ Electronics)

- The candidate should possess good convincing power, leadership skills, team management and desire to succeed and achieve the sales goals.

- Should have an art of influencing people, self motivated and should have good communication skills.

Education: B.E / B. Tech. Electricals & MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing/Business Management

Knowledge :

- Good geographical knowledge

- Strong Lighting and Product knowledge

- Good Communication skill

- Good business network
