Job Title - Regional Sales Manager ( North & East)
Location - Delhi
Exp. Criteria -
- 7 to 10 of sales experience.
- Candidate should have knowledge of latest trends in printing technologies, software and the computing environment.
- Experience in building relationship with larger accounts.
Job Objective: Responsible for driving sales through a motivated sales force and maximize same account revenue with broader range of products & services.
Education: MBA from premier institute is a must.
KRA's:
- Manage a team of sales managers effectively and continuously enhance their productivity
- Drive people processes for the team for managing performance effectively and team development
- Promote the gathering of competitive intelligence and to ensure this is passed on to respective marketing managers
- Support and coach the team in all aspects of their activities in order to maximise generation of profitable sales revenue and ensure employee motivation
- Maintain and improve the skills and competence of the team by arranging and promoting continuous learning through training and self-managed learning processes.
- Ensure that Sales Managers are maintaining the Sales Force Automation /ACT/SMP in order to have up-to-date, comprehensive and accurate data for the assigned customers.
- Quarterly business review of top accounts
- Work well with cross functional teams and alliance managers/partners
- Establish monthly forecast.
- Effective channel acquisition and retention.
- Focus on office products/ printers of office colour range in graphic arts market.
- Focus on software positioning in the graphic arts market.
