About Our Client
- Our client is one of the leading companies in production and marketing of Polyester Films, Engineering Plastics and Specialty Polymers. Recognized as an innovator they have been on an exponential growth path. They are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager for Western India who will based out of Mumbai.
Job Description
Reporting to the National Sales Head for Polyester Films, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying, commercializing and executing development projects with key accounts
- Converting existing and new customer relationships on long-term contract sales.
- Developing and improving business processes to enable effective Production Planning.
- Providing inputs for preparation of 3 year Business Plan, Annual Budget and Forecasting for the assigned geography
- Analyzing and monitoring market trends and undertaking specific research on customers.
- Managing achievement of annual targets.
- Negotiating and closing out long term contracts
- Identifying opportunities to maximize sales and expand customer base.
- Delivering enhanced contribution by driving volume of high margin VA (Value Added) Products and specialty products.
- Managing logistics,delivery of products and statutory compliance
- Driving both revenue and profit sales.
The Successful Applicant
- You must be a B.E /B.Tech (Preferably Chemical Engineering) with a management degree preferably from a top tier B-School. You should have around 8 years of Sales Management experience. Experience of OEM/ Institutional Sales is a must. You must have good communication skills and should have a proven track record of achieving/ exceeding targets. Prior sales experience in Flexible Packaging, Plastic Films, Chemicals,Adhesive’s will be preferred.
