Job Description

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and executing sales strategy for the region.

- Managing business plans to ensure that the revenue and profit targets are achieved.

- Maintaining and creating good relationships with top decision makers of key accounts.

- Identifying opportunities to maximize sales and to develop new business.

- Leading, mentoring and motivating your team and creating a performance driven culture.

- Developing innovative sales plans to service customers and hence drive sales.

- Preparing sales forecasts and reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of opportunity within territory.

The Successful Applicant

- You must be a B.E/ B.Tech (Preferably Chemical Engineering) and a Management degree from a top tier B-School. You should have at least 8-10 years of sales management experience. Prior experience in OEM/ direct sales is a must. A person from the FMCG/ Chemical/ Polymers /Manufacturing industry is preferred. You must have good communication skills and should have a proven track record of managing teams.
