Regional Sales Manager-South

The current requirement is with one of our leading clients in online photography.

QUALIFICATIONS

- MBA/PGDBM

- Total experience in sales of 6-8 years with a minimum of 3 years of managing sales teams in atleast 2 out of 4 states in South India.

- Verbal and written fluency in at least 2 out of the 4 major languages of South India

- Cultural understanding of all four states of South India

- Proven ability to mentor, drive and manage sales teams.

- Proven value-selling skills

- Strong relationship building and team working skills.

- Currently working as Regional Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager.

- Currently working for a domestic or multinational organization which uses a Direct Sales model for selling

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for managing regional revenue against plan

- Responsible for managing a team of SM (Sales Managers), ASM’s (Asst Sales Managers) directly and SS (Sales Supervisors) and SE (Sales Executives) indirectly. The teams will be located in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

- With support of VP Sales & Marketing drive and personally manage the regional sales plan including: Setting revenue targets and other key performance indicators for each SM/ASM, development of account management tools for the entire sales team.

- With support of VP Sales & Marketing define and coordinate resource requirements from the delivery teams

- Manage the career development of the entire team
