Experience/Skills
- Proven Team management skills. Strong at customer relationship skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills. Should be result oriented and has strong urge to excel in a sales career.
- Should have relevant sales experience of 15 years or more. Should have managed a sales team for 5 years or more
- Should be well versed with Infra services and has relevant experience of selling infra services for 5 years or more.
- Should be well versed with customers in assigned territory with 10-15 Years’ experience
Roles and Responsibility
- Implementing sales plan for the region and driving it to achieve desired goals.
- Responsible for achieving OB plan for the region thru Hunting and Farming accounts. Sales management and sales operations management
- People management for the sales team
- Ensure proper coverage of the sales territory by optimum allocation of sales resources
- Work with teams of other LOBs to create a winning proposition for multi LOB cases
- Manage relationship at customer CxO level for identified accounts
