Prestigious MNC Client of ""Angel and Genie"" specializing in Electromechanical and Electronic Instruments requires Regional Sales Manager for their team in India.

1) DESIGNATION - Regional Sales Manager

2) FUNCTIONAL AREA - Sales

3) EMPLOYMENT STATUS - Permanent

4) LOCATION - Chennai

5) NO. OF POSITION - 1

ELIGIBLITY CRITERIA-EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE -

Minimum

- 4 year engineering degree ( Mechanical / Instrumentation / Metallurgy / Electronics) or equivalent

In addition to the requisites for Regional Sales Manager, he should have the following qualities:

- Should have worked as Field Sales Engineer for minimum 5 years selling High valued Capital Analytical Instruments in Steel, Non Ferrous, Auto, Foundry industries with a successful track record. ( Selling of Optical emission spectrometers is an added advantage)

- Should have a Managerial Experience of 3-5 years leading a team of 3-5 members successfully .

- Knowledge of Industrial Market in South India particularly Steel, Auto and Foundry market is pre-requisite.

- Ability to learn and adapt , good communication skills , team player and leadership qualities are required.

- Responsible for Overall Sales Performance in South India.

- Plan, assign and track activities of team members and help in achieving the goals successfully.

- Quick technical learning of product and applications and help the team in prestigious projects and overall sales targets achievement

- Hold Review meetings, plan and startegise according to the needs of situation and market.

- Report regular & realistic progress to Director ( Sales)

- Understand organisational goals, share useful inputs for improvement of sales and work in line with the company policy.
