Position : Regional Manager North - Zonal Sales Manager - North 1 (Delhi/NCR, Rajashthan, UP, Haryana, UK)
Reporting to : Zonal Head North
Main Purpose :
- To manage the sales operations & P&L Responsibilities of North 1 (Sales, Marketing, Business development, Revenue Generation)
- Recruitment, training and manpower development
Skills & Qualification :
- Full Time MBA is must
- 15+ years of rich experience in Profit Center Operations, Strategy Planning & Management, Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Client Relationship Management, Product Promotion & Launch, Channel Management, Retail management and Team Management
- Keen planner, strategist & implementer with demonstrated abilities in devising sales & marketing activities and accelerating business growth.
- Expertise in managing business operations across the market with key focus on top line and profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources
Key Responsibility Area (KRA):
Sales :
- In charge of a profit center.
- To Drive and Achievement of sales budget both volume and value across product categories for the Zone.
- Driving planned market share in product category.
- Ensure channel expansion and product placement.
- Launch of new products and product category.
Service :
- Responsible for Service operations in the region.
- Appointment of service franchisees
- Drive Service revenues w.r.t AMC, Spares and Additives
- Developing service initiatives to improve Customer service satisfaction
Marketing :
- Driving the Marketing plan and BTL activities for the regions.
- Opening of exclusive company retail outlets through franchisees
- Market identification.
- Branding initiatives and elements ( POP visuals )
- Sales Promotion campaigns though MBOs and company outlets.
- Capturing consumer experiences
