Regional Sales Manager - FMCG - Mumbai and will be in charge of entire West.

Our Client a Well Known Well Known in FMCG Company who are into Personal care products Products - Skin care/Hair Care etc.A RS.3000 CRORES COMPANY.

You must be only from a Hard Core FMCG company. Min 10-15 Yrs Exp from Personal Care/Skin Care/ Hair Care companies Only Preferred. Or Mix of Personal Care and Food products or Ayurveda Consumer Product.

Currently You must be in the Role of Regional Sales Manager from a Hard Core FMCG Company.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Currently you must be Handling a Turnover of Rs.350- to Rs.400 crores.

- Candidates will be responsible for Both GT and MT. Clients are already strong in MT.

- You will Handle ZSM, ASM's and S.O's and Drive sales. You must be Pro Active, Drive and Motivate People under you

- You must be a Leader who should build a empire for our Clients in West.

- You will report to GM Sales.

- Age not more than 40 Years.

THIS POSITION WILL REPORT TO GM.

- Candidates who will be Based at Mumbai.

Those from other Industries need not Apply. Those from Banking/Telecom/Insurance and Consumer Durable will not be Considered for this position.

This is highly Challenging Position and our Clients are set to Launch New products soon and have massive expansion plans.
