We are looking for a strong and enterprising sales professional to join our growing team to lead our growth in West India.
- Lead the sales team for west zone
- Own and deliver on the sales revenue targets
- Retain existing sales distributors
- Add to the growth of the business by creating new distributor networks
- Evangelize new SKUs and product lines and drive their sales
- Lead a team of high energy sales executives effectivey
- Ability to inspire,coach and effectively mentor team members
- Strong business acumen and customer focus
- Should have a - hands on- approach
- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in channel sales.
- Should be extremely familiar with the Mumbai market with deep network within the distributor fraternity.
- Should have experience of leading a sales team
- Preferably, an MBA by qualification
Candidates with experience in Stationery Industry, FMCG or Office supplies would be prefered
