Position Objectives
- The Sales Manager should be in charge of Sales for regional Operations.
- Responsible for Consolidating the regional Operation to a profitable proposition by directing, guiding and developing the ASM & the VSOs
- Hire ASM / VSOs and complete the expansion program by end of 2017.
- Achieve the Set Sales and Collection targets on all states.
- Must have very good contacts and reputation.
Job Responsibilities
- To manage, Direct and guide the ASMs and VSOs.
- Oversee all activities pertaining to his Region & guide / mentor the team to maintain discipline, decency and decorum of doing business with the customers
- Devise effective Sales Strategy to Pull and Push the sales in the region
- Maintain business revenue sales and efficient collections.
- Appoint efficient Stockiest and monitor their performance through ASMs & VSOs
- Track competitor activity and update to Product development and marketing team.
- Monthly sales planning & forecasting for all regions.
- Devise a strategy for active participation in the Institutional Business
- Responsible for all data entries made in Sales force automation software.
- Organize Launch meet events for introducing new products/expanding to new area.
- Other jobs pertaining to sales as and when required by the management
- Prepare and provide the Rolling Sales Plan
- Prepare performance appraisal for the ASM.
