Regional Sales Manager (Vehicle Sales - 2w/3w/CV/PV)

- Prepare and Implement Strategy for network development, Coverage and increase market share.

- Achieve sales targets through channel partners in the assigned region through the ASM.

- Achieve volumes and targeted market share in the assigned region.

- Manage business by monitoring each dealership in terms of viability and profitability.

- Continuously work on identifying new opportunities. Search for prospective dealers for required area coverage.

- Reporting on Dealer performance, market Shares, Market information, sales forecast, Competitor performance, RTO analysis, Application matrix, Financier matrix and team Productivity

- Plan and execute activity for demand generation.

- Responsible for Budgeting.

- Develop Brand Promotion campaign.

- Responsible for lead, guide and support team of regions and get result as per plan.

- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.

- Establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base

- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach target.

Qualification And Experience:

1. MBA with 10+ Years of Experience in 2w/3w/ CV/PV sales & should have good Relationship management with key strategic dealers.

2. Understanding broad level of business

3. Good planning and organizational skills.

4. Excellent sales and Negotiation skills.

5. Should have good risk analysis skills.

6. Good credit structuring and negotiations skills.

7. Ownership and flexible approach and Team player.

8. Excellent Leadership and motivation skills.
