Regional Sales Manager - Two Wheeler Loan Verticals - NBFC

Key Responsibility-

- Responsible to develop the 2 wheeler Finance business for Part of West Bengal and parts of Orissa.

- Identify the potential market and expand the business operations all across West Bengal and Orissa.

- Manage and oversee the operations of 15+ branches with a headcount

- To lead and channelize the teams efforts in achieving the proposed official targets of business development

- Audit and ensure the teams compliance to the RBI mandated process regulations and operation procedures

- Increase the manpower productivity and support their learning and development.

- Very strong dealer network.
