Job Responsibilities:
- New client acquisition for staffing, manage services, apprenticeship, skill, and assessment training
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for signing up with large accounts for recruiting bulk staff in their organizations
- Identify and develop a pipeline for large accounts, negotiate and close agreements along with the regional sales team
- Ensure smooth transition of account to the regional team for further operations
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts in alignment with business goals
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs
- Liaise with marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date with competitor actions and ensure other sales team members are updated on the same
Job Requirements:
- 6 to 8 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager
- Experience managing a high-performance sales team
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- An ability to understand sales performance metrics
- Solid customer service skills & attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed
- Master's degree in sales, business administration, and relevant field
