The main objective of the position is to support the sales and marketing function of the company with an aim to meet the business plan and objectives. The role is responsible for revenue generation through self and team for the entire assigned geography.
- Overall responsibility for the development, execution of all long, medium and short-term sales strategies and programmers ensuring growth via achievement of sales targets and achieving company's objectives in the State/Geography
- Responsible for building own team and revenue generation through team as well as individually
- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major clients, ensuring customer satisfaction by providing pre/post sales assistance and achieving delivery and quality norms.
- Understand and forecast market size & segment growth in the state to develop effective strategies to achieve the desired sales, market share and profitability in each of the segment
- Give Strategic direction to the Sales team to optimize the overall productivity and performance, engraining the company values in the team and aiming at making it the best managed company in the state/Geography
