Organizing promotional events within budgetary allocation.

Designing marketing plan and collecting information on product performance, market presence and brand position.

Channel Management.

Monitoring channel sales and Marketing strategies.

Providing assistance to channel partners by conducting training programs; ensuring seamless delivery of quality product and service in the market.

Handling Channel Sales, Retails, and Collection & Billing of the assigned territory.

Studying & analysing Dealer network & constant value addition towards an optimum Sales, Service and Spares system.

Appointing, motivating & training of dealer personnel Sales /Recovery/Exchange
