Primary purpose of the role:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reporting Line: Direct to Sales Manager; Director or VP
The position is primarily responsible for managing and building the assigned key customers for a particular industry segment(s) and territory. Incumbent is expected to maintain long term relationships with these accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them. Primary job scope including Key Account Management; Relationship building with Customer and generating revenue as targeted.
Key accountabilities:
- Responsible for achieving sales target and assigned strategic 'Account' objectives for the designated customers or /and new customers.
- Required to proactively lead a joint company - strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones for a short and long term period.
- Maintains higher customer satisfaction by developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts & customer stake holders.
- Be the key point in contact for all customer escalations.
- Forecast and track key accounts metrics.
- Identify new market opportunities and accountable for new client acquisition as per the assigned targets.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
Capabilities of the Role:
- Degree in Electronics or related field with at least 8 years relevant experience in managing large customers
- Knowledge of Electronic Test and Measurement equipment ideally from Test & Measurement and/or RF & Semiconductor industry
- Capability to facilitate closure of complex sales cycle
- Technical and functional understanding of Telecommunication / Semiconductor / RF/ Wireless / Electronics Manufacturing market vertical in various territory or locations.
- Key Account Management experience and skills will be highly preferred
- Exposure to SalesForce application software will be value added
- Ability to determine strategy and tactical plans that deliver tangible value to the marketplace
- A go-getter who is keen to meet and exceed targets
- Ability to quickly understand and operate complex inventory management systems
- Strong interpersonal skills, cross-group collaboration and proven ability to influence across organizational boundaries
- Computer literate: familiar with MS Office,MS Excel,MS Power Point & email protocol.
- Good command of English (both verbal & written).
- High level of professionalism & personal integrity.
- Must be a team player, willing to get involved across the organisation.
- Determined to get the job done and meet objectives under time constraints.

Travel will be 20%
Our area of business is electronics Test & measurement where the major OEM's are Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz, Tektronix, VIAVI, EXFO, Ametek, Lecoy, National Instruments ( EMERSON), GWINSTEK, Rigol, IXIA, SPIRENT,etc.
You should be having experience addressing industry such as Semiconductors ( Intel, Qualcomm, Broadcom, Analog Devices, Synopsys, Cadence, Texas Instruments, Rambus Technologies, AMD, etec), Wireless (Tejas, NOKIA, ERICSSON, Maveni, Altiostar, Rakuten, etc), Aerospace & Defense( Boeing, Centum, Data Pattern,Mistral Solutions,Astra Microwave, Accord, etc),Automotive,Engineering Services ( HCL, WIPRO, TCS, L&TTS, Capgemini, Tessolve, etc).
