- In this role, a person must have 9-12 years of Experience in Sales and Team Management with CAPEX experience.
- An ideal candidate will be a high-caliber individual who possesses a degree in Engineering or science.
- The candidate should have experience working in Govt business as this person would be directly managing AIIMS & Trauma Center in Delhi.
- If you have CAPEX experience along with exposure to Tender specifications on Price/Technical bids.

- Should be able to Identify, establish and maintain productive working relationships with key decision makers, customers, and their staff
- Proven sales and negotiations experience
- Success in developing new markets
- Should have the ability to engage customers to ramp up business support by providing clinical indications and contraindications.
- Should be technically strong.
- Should have experience in executing projects while working in dynamic environments
- Should have the exposure to Tender specifications on Price/Technical bids Experience in delivering results time & again while exceeding expectations.
- Demonstrated situations where he/she has worked with both external & internal teams collaborated & helped to come up with decisions & ideas that have helped the success of initiatives.
- Should communicate marketing plans/intelligence/competitor activity promptly, including potential sales leads, and information regarding product price or account activity to National Sales Manager and other appropriate company personnel
- Should be able to motivate and develop the team
- Should have the ability to coach effectively and give timely feedback
- Should Work in synergy with a distributor, Motivating, Training, Reviewing their performance time to achieve the objectives aligned with the organizational mission
- Follow the principles and adhere to the SFE practices
