Our client is a leading fashion Retail industry player ROLE : - Lead South India market for Wholesale / MBO business - Develop, Drive and Execute Regional Distribution plans and programs for business profitability - Develop relationships with existing and build new Distributors/Partners to drive sustainable business plans and achieve results through them - Manage Distributor Development, Operations, Account planning &amp; Mgmt., Incentives, Regional programs, Business Results (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual) - Develop and drive uniform key processes to manage the distributors- performance parameters - Track monthly performance against plan and proactively identify solutions to close performance gaps, if any - Develop and execute training / interventions to enhance the distributors- sales team competency - Drive incentive programs - Coach and manage the performance of the ASMs in the management of Distributors Team of 4 ASMs would be Direct Reports, each managing individual state responsibility Education : Masters degree in related discipline preferably with MBA degree Experience : - Minimum 8-12 years of experience in managing distribution, Channel Trade. - Should have led a region/ 2 states of south india region - Should have managed a P&amp;L of the channel - have experience in managing large distributors and have exposure to growing their business along with the company's strategic direction. Can look at Retail industry or FMCG / Durables industry
