Required Designation- Should be working as RSM

Job Profile :

- Developing and managing an efficient distribution network as per Sales distribution strategy to improve sales performance.

- New Product Launching

- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned area.

- Manage the Sales team for Sales Growth,

- Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.

- Establish Stock norms at distributors point as per market requirements.

- Ensuring Distributor P&L

- Increase the visibility of products in the market

- Monitoring adherence to sales systems and processes at area level.

- Team Building and Development

- Increase market share in assigned territory
