You will be Responsible For: 1. Undertaking the responsibility of identifying the sales opportunities resulting in revenue generation resulting in deeper market penetration and managing the channel partnerships. 2. Designing, implementing and monitoring strategically focused sales plans which create advantage for the company. 3. Managing a team responsible for sales of BI solution &amp; reports / Credit Reports to current &amp; prospective clients. 4. Undertaking monthly sales forecasting and competitive analysis to determine accurate performance levels. 5. Working closely with channel partners to generate new business in existing accounts and in new markets, imparting product knowledge to the channel partners 6. Mentoring process teams; allocating specific targets after considering the competency level of individual team members 7. Training &amp; mentoring sales team; ensuring proper coordination with legal, finance &amp; other support functions The Successful Candidate: 1. A Post graduate from a Tier 1/Tier 2 College with 10+ yrs of B2B solution sales experience from a Credit Bureau (preferred)/ consulting/Financial Services environment in a reputed global firm 2. Fair idea of the products offered by the competitors and deliver an insight on how to overcome the same. 3. Excellent sales aptitude with good presentation, communication, negotiation skills 4. Passionate, Aggressive &amp; Go getter attitude.
