- Started SME Vertical (Supply Chain, TL, WCDL) from Scratch, built team for all divisions like Sales, Credit & Ops.
- Managing business teams in a region, ensuring delivery of business results from teams of Area Sales Head and RMs
- Managing all aspects of Hubs operations in the Region such as Target achievement, Recovery of bad loans, Loan quality, Documentation.
- Monitoring the performance of regions coming not only for numbers but also for portfolio quality, operational costs, Manpower planning, cost v/s actual thus enabling them to achieve their profitability targets.
- Recruitment of personnel in collaboration with HR.
- Single point contact and responsible for all administration related issues
- Responsible for overall Profit Centre operations for the entire west region
- Monitoring the performance of the Portfolio based on Nonstarters and Early Delinquency and also Responsible for overall Portfolio of the region.
- Reviews, portfolio performance of various sourcing channels, different category products and specific customer segments. Understand the gap and help define product policy with the help of underwriting team.
- Monitoring the trends in the Business, Risk involved in the products and designing policy and processes to mitigate the Risk.
- Regular meeting with teams, Area heads to launch/promote various initiatives/training.
