Regional Sales Manager - Skin Care Or Personal Care Industry
- Responsible as SBU head for Assigned Region Comprising of 3-4 States.
- Accomplishes regional sales objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts, communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions, planning and reviewing compensation actions, enforcing policies and procedures.
- Implement & execute all responsibilities as per Company Policies.
- Ensuring Growth in Business, People Development & Company Image.
- Keep Close Focus on ROI on all Company Functions.
- Drive and motivate sales team and achieve planned sales objectives.
- Ensuring Overall performance for Region ( All ASM/ SO should perform)
- Sells products by maintaining and expanding customer base and Satisfaction.
- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
- Maintains and expands customer base by counseling ASM/ SO, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, identifying new customer opportunities.
- Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
