Regional Sales Manager for UP - Seeds (Agro)
Regional Manager
The position is responsible for driving regional sales for entire UP through all trade channels for the region.
Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Delivering Sales Target assigned to region
2. People Management – Maintaining conducive professional relationship with all business partners.
3. Managing Team – Keeping them motivated, providing guidance, monitoring performance.
4. Driving LSP, Visibility campaigns and new product launches.
5. Monitoring Budgets and utilizing the same to optimum level.
6. Managing Depot – ensuring proper claim management, handling compliance issue.
7. Analyzing competition scenario & reporting the same. MIS handling
Job Specification
- Candidates with Seeds industry exposure at a managerial level
- Education Qualification: MBA
- Experience: 3 + years of experience as a manager and total 10yrs of experience
- Fluent in English & local language.
