Regional Sales Manager (Salon Business) - North (Entire north) Delhi

Job Description:

Designation: Regional Manager North (Entire north)

Reporting to: National Manager

Team size: 8 people (Direct 4 BDE & 1 ASM)

Job location: Delhi

- To achieve/exceed the agreed sales targets for the region

- To ensure implementation of sales and marketing strategies by each ASM/ASE.

- Explore new business opportunities & increase market share.

- Ensure receivables are within norms

- Attract and ensure retention and development of team

- Training the team & Guide ASM/ASE in handling customer complaints

- Ensuring all the activities as per COC & HR norms.

Main Accountabilities:

- Business potential analysis &management and Tracking.

- Timely preparation & submission of Sales & performance report.

- Prepare month wise territory wise sales plan for all products.

- Implementation of marketing strategies with the help of seniors and closely monitor the same in market.

- Improve productivity of Profitable brand by improving product mix.

- Monitor sales orders and receivables of each ASE / ASM territory in line with budgets

- Timely feedback on activities and strategies as per the norms.

- Develop Key Opinion Leaders as loyal customers for company products

- Assign the deserving employees additional & challenging tasks.

- Guide ASM and team in handling customer complaints

- Ensure unbiased performance assessment of the team members & coach and counsel for better performance future career growth.

- Recommend to reward & recognize performers, Provide a culture that nurtures & helps talented employees to grow with the organization

- Retain potential team members and attract new talent.

Candidate Profile:

Must have skills: Excellent communication and presentable skills, Should have exp. In selling luxury product, Managing relationship with client, experience in handling elite customers, Luxury industry knowledge is must, Strong personality and should be able to carry brand, team handling experience of 3 to 4 years, local market knowledge is must

Industry: Liquor (HORECA channel), Aviation, Hotel, Duty free and Luxury industry like cars, bike, accessories etc

Experience: 6 to 9 years

Annual CTC: Rupees 25,00,000 to 30,00,000

Locations: Delhi
