Our client is Mumbai based e-distributor that connects local retailers with manufacturers, has raised Series A funding from Alpha Capital and others. They are looking to recruit an experienced and entrepreneurial individual for the position of Regional Sales Manager (Retail Sales).
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive to achieve Sales target.
- Responsible for budgeting and planning for Sales across categories.
- Planning for Sales promotion activities (Schemes for retailers).
- Responsible for P&L for assigned territory.
- Negotiate with strong commercial and financial awareness.
- Should be tech savvy.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications Graduate + MBA (preferably)
Total exp: 8-10 years into Sales
Functional Skill Sets:
- Should have team handling experience
- Should have a good product understanding
- Should be able to see the big picture & is creative
- Should be strong in verbal & written communication
- Should have well versed with Demographics
