Regional Sales Manager
Job Description:
1. Responsible for managing sales in assigned state through channel /retail management with YOY growth & profitability.
2. Develop channels by exploring additional channel partners.
3. Responsible for Field generated sales through team & partners.
4. Identify problems and provide resolutions
5. Ensure improvisation after identifying the loop holes in the current procedures.
6. Develop and recommend innovative ideas and tactics that will contribute to an increase in market share and sales.
7. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue objectives
8. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
9. Interface with dealers to define requirements, prepare and present proposals and sales and marketing support
10. Deliver sales presentations to customers
11. Responsible for identify new product opportunities, People management & team development.
12. Any other work as assigned by the Management.
