Responsibilities of a Regional Sales Manager – Realty
Business: Reporting into the CEO, the candidate will be responsible for achieving
Realty targets in the Commercial space set for the region, performing audit checks, system enhancement, Employee recruitment, development and training and collections of the commission.
Job Description-
Following is the description of the role:
- He/She has to define and achieve targets location wise for the region in discussion with the National sales Manager
- Identify and explore new markets and tap business- opportunities.
- Developing relationships with Builders and brokers at Entity Level to ensure market penetration
- Developing and maintaining relationship with other verticals and Companies within group to ensure lead generation.
- Planning and implementing Marketing activities, advertising and other visibility programs to drive sales
- Look after collection & receivable management and Profitability.
- International Marketing - responsible for marketing property to NRI's.
- Recruitment of key team members and ensuing optimal team strength and structure.
- Monitoring and ensuring optimal productivity per individual and ensuring non-performers are weeded out
- Process- improvements and Developments.
- Auditing sales calls to ensure quality management.
- Innovates and creates reward programs for the sales team to keep them motivated
- Define the execute Training Drill, Content and ensure delivery and also define the audit mechanism
- Corporate Marketing Plan - to tap corporate client for generating bulk deal.
- Develop and maintain relationship for project finance/housing loan tie up/promotional schemes.
- Write offs and cancellations
- New Products development
- Channel R/S and development
- Geographical Expansion
