To help us continue to grow our offerings, we're in search of an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team . As an ideal candidate, you should be a go getter sales manager who would have worked extensively in strategy formulation, sales planning, business analysis providing business insights to drive successful key projects & targets. You may already be a confident leader who has experience guiding cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and grow market share. Position : Regional Sales Manager

Location : North& East, West, South

Minimum education : BE / B. Tech (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation) with MBA will be an added advantage.

Industry : Automation & Control / IoT / MEP Sales & Services / Infrastructure EPC / Energy management.

Experience : Minimum 10 years in Sales of Automation & Control Solution, IoT Solution, Infrastructure EPC and MEP system for commercial Building/ Industrial Utilities

Roles :

Will be responsible for driving the Sales of Automation & Control and IoT Solutions business line. Role demands an excellent connect with Architects, MEP Consultants, Builders and Large SI partners.

Responsibilities :

1. Managing the regional Sales target for Automation & Control and IoT Solutions business line.

2. Meetings with Building owners, Architects, MEP Consultants, and Large SI partners to create the business funnel.

3. Conducting the sales workshops / presentations and Webinars to drive the sales.

4. Influence the decision makers to finalize the tendering Terms & Conditions and specification.

5. Maintaining the business margins & closing the deals as per assigned targets.

6. Create Annual Sales Plan and participate in Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly and Annual sales review with leadership team.

7. Evaluate the competitors market and sales strategy and provide feedback to leadership team to prepare counter strategy.

8. Develop a strong regional sales team and create sustainable sales ecosystem with OEMs, MEP systems distributors and SI partners.

9. Provide support to operation & project team for getting customer signoffs as when required.

Skills, knowledge and abilities :

1. Must have strong solutioning skills and able to influence the key decision makers Architects, MEP consultants, SI partners and Procurement team.

2. Must have excellent Oral and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical and prioritization skills.

3. Basic personal computer and business software skills, familiarity with reporting tools is added advantage.

4. Ability to read and interpret SLD, systems and construction documents.

5. Ability to lead & mentoring a group of sales engineers.
