Job Description: Regional Sales Manager
Reporting to : National Sales Manager
Experience range: 8 to 12 Years of experience
Qualifications : MBA mandatory from - Tier 1 or Tier 2 College
Location: Noida
- Managing sales and ensuring accomplishment of set business targets within the assigned territory/region.
- Formulating strategies & reaching out to the unexplored market segments for business expansion.
- Exploring new business opportunities in various segments.
- Conceptualizing & implementing services plans / policies for the organization, organizing promotional campaigns and ensuring accomplishment of business goals.
- Adopting feasible sales and marketing strategies by analyzing the potentiality of the Client/product through consistent market research.
- Ensuring the maximum sales by providing efficient sales operations for achieving allocated target. Leading Techno-Commercial negotiations for conclusion of high value contracts.
- Interacting with the clients on a regular basis & providing redressal to all their queries, complaints & handling all client relation.
- Building & maintaining healthy business relations with major clientele, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving performance parameters delivery & quality norms.
- Researching and executing innovative business development strategies by analyzing strength and weakness about the product.
- Evolving and Achieving the Monthly/ Quarterly and Annual sales plans for the North Region.
- Driving the Sales team and the entire P and L of the North Region.
- Sales team Management.
Key Skill Sets :
- 8 to 12 years of experience in B2B sales/ Enterprise Sales.
- Team Handling Experience is a must
