Roles and Responsibilities
- As part of the core leadership team, you will spearhead sales acquisition and operations initiatives for the organization across the region.
- Leading a team in the large sales function
- Manage a team of City Heads, Area Sales Managers and responsible for overall performance of the team and cities under that region
- Will be responsible for complete B2C sales
- Working cohesively with a team of equally talented and passionate colleagues to develop short and long-term strategies to efficiently grow the business.
- Utilizing high level of work independence and autonomy of decisions to enable team for 100X growth.
Desired Candidates -
- Tier 1/ 2 B.Tech/MBA schools
- Proven field sales experience (B2C)
- Team management skills to manage a field sales team.
- Total Experience of 6-7 years with team management experience of minimum 3-4 years
