Regional Sales Manager - Purifiers/Coolers/Appliances - West

- The position would be responsible for complete operations of West Zone (Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat, ROM & Chhattisgarh) including achieving sales revenues (cr. 3 digits), strategic planning, market expansion and channel management

- Ensuring that sales target is achieved

- Ensuring smooth operations within proposed budget and manpower resources

- Formulating innovative schemes to enhance sales & brand equity (Strategy building)

- Managing team of ZMs, ASMs & executives and ensuring sales target is fixed and its achievement

- Expanding dealers and sub-dealer network

- Ensuring smooth co-ordination between the Productions, Logistics & Sales department.
