- Specification through Architects, builders, contractors, consultants
- Sales through Institution clients; Private (major focus) as well as Govt/semi govt;
- Responsible for End to End business from given region (Lead generation to execution and follow up for collection thereafter)
- Individual contributor role
- Align closely with internal stakeholders- product manager, marketing team, planning, logistics, sales controlling
- Passion, high on energy and can do attitude (Go getter)
- Maturity and good communication skills to handle institution clients
- Lighting industry experience is a must and should have handled Luminaire portfolio
- Open to travel
- Must have good contacts, especially with ABCD client segment, in lighting industry for given market
