- Achieve the business units budgeted sales quota for the year in India
- Management of Pan India Sales Channel
- Generate a monthly report / forecast for the sales department
- Submit a weekly report on progress against monthly forecast
- Manage all details associate with sales training activities for the channel
- Provide technical and commercial support to our channel partners
- Building long term client relationship, lead generation, understanding the requirement of the customer.
- Designing competitive strategy, giving customer a better value proposition and closing the deal.
- The position is a Pan India sales position but the concerned would be an individual contributor
- This is a Pan India sales position but individual contributor role
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Plus some training in chemistry and analytical instruments would be added advantage.
- 8-10 years of work exp
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Selling Process Analyzers
- Prior experience in selling process analytical products
- Should have experience in direct and indirect sales
- Sales experience through direct and channel partner is a must
- Experience of selling to Various Industries like Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, Power etc is mandatory
- Strong Technical acumen.
- Good communication skills and presentation skills
