As a Regional Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include :
- Enrolling medical representatives to the company's network on daily basis
- Presenting products to medical representatives and other inside clients
- Co-ordination with the medical representatives and internal departments regarding any requirements
- Interacting with clients on regular basis, when required
- Be aligned with the long term and short term targets
- Training the medical representatives about the products and services
- Meeting sales targets and team targets
- Persuading the medical representatives to sell the company software
Candidate Profile :
- Excellent communication skills
- Should be MBA/ PGDM from a B-Schools in sales and marketing
- Should be from pharma / medical industry working closely with doctors
- Should be working closely / monitoring/ heading a team of at least 1000 MR in the state
- 5+ years experience in the health care industry
- Should be a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual
