We are hiring for Leading NBFC for Regional Sales Manager - personal Loan for Pune Location

Interview will be on 11th May i.e Friday

Location:- Kalyani Nagar

Candidates Profile :

Require experience in acquiring and sourcing Personal Loans through the DSA channel, with leading Banks and NBFCs.

Role and Responsibilities:

 - Identify business growth opportunities across the zone, build direct/ channel/ new client acquisition strategies and tap growth opportunities to achieve regional targets

 - Sourcing of clients for unsecured personal loans through DSA and open market.

 - Reviewing & interpreting the competition & market information to fine-tune strategies whilst identifying prospective clients, generating business from new accounts and developing them to achieve consistent profitability and enhance revenue.

 - Strategically planning and implementing various strategies for cross selling of other products to new customers to ensure revenue generation and profitability.

 - Empanelment of new DSA to generate more business.

 - Drive relationships with key DSAs and be the preferred lender for these customers

 - Monitor lead generation & SM sales productivity metrics to drive a high-performance sales culture across the zone

 - Scan the regional market and its competitive offerings on a periodic basis; report on emerging trends and business opportunities for the personal loan segment to the head office

 - Engage with channel partners and develop a touch point management system for better relationship management

 - Conduct engagement programs and sales trainings to develop channel partners

 - Monitor SLAs, sales efficiencies and RoI of channels

 - Reviewing the performance of the SM's on monthly basis.

 - Channelize feedback and ideas to HO on process improvements, digitization, lowering Opex and increasing customer satisfaction.

- Analytical Thinking - do root cause analysis, make insights out of data

- Relationship Management - manage the key customer relationship with DSA
