Job description :

Designation: Regional Sales Manager - South

Area/department : Sales

Job band : 4

Reports To : VP Sales

Positions Supervised: ASM,ASE, SE, EKA, Etc.

NOTE :

Candidate preferred from Wellness/Fitness | FMCG

Age- not beyond 40 years

Should be able to comprehend in local languages.

Should be handling 3-4 states business.

Job Scope :

- To develop plans in alignment to the company strategy and effectively executes ensuring that short and long term key business objectives, growth plans and profits are achieved in specified regions and states

Strategy And Planning :

Job Duties/ Responsibilities :

- Formulate strategies and action plans to ensure Primary, Secondary and collection happen as per the Annual Business Plan.

- Sales Planning, projection / forecast

- Designing the growth plan (quarter and annual) of the territory and monitoring.

- Dealer and Distribution management

- Formulate & implement distribution expansion & productivity plans.

Sales Operations :

- Controlling and monitoring the commercial aspect.

- To run the operations in a defined area as complete profit centre

- Ensure inventory hygiene to minimize damages, at CFA & Distributors & at trade level.

- Commercial audits and controls on Budget spends & BA Operations

- BA efficiency and cost sales ratio to be maintained.

Team Management & Development :

- Manage, develop, control and motivate the Field Force and Beauty Advisors to develop their skill to ensure monthly sales target and KPI target are met.

- Recruit new staff into team focusing on strong sales competencies

- Provide Training to Field Force on market working.

- Develop a healthy relationship among business associates.

- Market visit and ensure that everything has to be happen as per the company norms.

- Target focused & result oriented approach to business.

- Provide data on Competitor activity

- Adherence to company policies and code of ethics

Additional Responsibilities :

- Develop a strong market share and create awareness in the trade

- Maintaining a liaison between HO, Field & Trade

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities :

- Excellent manpower management, Practical understanding of the Trade, Business oriented focus & Problem solving skills

Desired Qualifications : Graduate with PGDBM in Marketing / Sales
