Job Description :-
- Managing a team of sales officer, admin and logistics staff .
- Responsible for driving and achievement of top line Value and Volume budgets for Trade vertical in the assigned geography as above.
- Overseeing the operations of the Branch in Mumbai and stock point
- Responsible for them in terms of adherence to company operating systems and procedures as regards to maintenance of stocks, order servicing, stock verification and banking.
- Channel Management and development both planning and execution through the team so that we have an effective channel infrastructure to achieve our set objectives.
- Effective planning, management and utilization of sales promotion budgets to achieve the top line.
- Effective Debtor and Receivables Management to remain within the prescribed limits.
Business development activities-
- Team Management – drive efficiencies, keep attrition under control.
