Roles & Responsibilities :
- MANAGING A VALUE BUSINESS OF 200 CRS
- Responsible for overall States Sales Value & Volume Achievement for Regular / Volume products
- Mentoring a team
- Execution of Identified Major and Key Initiatives in the areas of Distribution Expansion, Distributor Management and Sales Operation.
- Dealer Management
- Identify, meeting and maintaining relationship with the Key Dealers
- Recruitment and retention of direct Reportees, Training and Development of team members.
- Collection and Updating of Competitive data. market intelligence, MIS, potential mapping for key products
- Conducting various activities in market, customers time-to-time to increase tertiary sales.
- Monitoring the inventory turns of the distributors / dealers
- Capability development & motivational program-me for the team including marketing executives, distributor sales team & major retailer motivational programs.
Candidate Requirement : -
- Full Time MBA - From Top 20 B Schools
- Should have a strong working Knowledge of Northern States, Market working .
- Should be from - Building Material / Paint / Lubricant / Tyre / Paint / Glass / Industrial Product
- Should have a strong experience of Team Handling
