We have an urgent vacancy for Leading Top Notch Optical fiber cables manufacturing company as Regional Sales Manager- West who has good experience in sales of optical fiber cables for west region based at mumbai handling key accounts clients

Below are the Requirements needed for the candidate:

- Grow & maintain and sales to both new and existing OPGW accounts within designated territory with end-to-end ownership.

- Developing new accounts (minimum 3 in 2022) with a minimum of 50% share gain.

- Preparing and managing a budget for the designated territory, update rolling forecasts as needed by the company

- Creatively find ways to address customer needs & challenges by exercising authority and accountability.

- Maintain effective customer relationships through timely, professional, courteous, and accurate responses.

- Must be a subject matter expert in the product line and industry, provide technical training and support to customers if needed.

- Serving as a representative at trade activities within assigned territory, including trade shows, conferences, meetings, etc.

- Provide the Sales Team and Superior Manager with timely information pertaining to product feedback, training, customer concerns, competitive information, budgetary variances, new prospects, and territory progress against goals.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Candidates must have 10 or more years of field sales experience, preferably in OPGW & State Electricity Boards segment.

- Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, Communications, etc) as a minimum, and masters' degree (highly preferred) or additional years of successful sales experience is required.

- Proven success in exceeding sales goals.

- Must be able to travel 70% of the time overnight (Monday - Friday is typical).

- Strong communication and relationship building skills.

- Well-developed organizational skills.

- Successful incumbent should have a competitive nature, a drive for success and clear vision
