About the Position :
- Defacto Business head for the Northern Region
- Will be responsible for all facets of business planning for the region
- KPI would be Sales, Growth, Increased Reach, Channel Satisfaction Index
- KRA would also include Channel creation & management, Systems optimization
- Would report to the Head of Sales & Marketing
About the Candidate :
- A "leader" in the making, an influences at present
- A sales person by heart and a strategist by mind
- 12 plus year in the FMCG industry of which maximum should be in "Non food" sectors
- A strong acumen for systems with the ability to introduce "effective & efficient" practices in the department
- Understands the geography inside out
