- Generate new Sales Leads, expand customer base & achieve Sales Targets for the region.
- Explore and convert sustainable new business opportunities and continuously seek ways to generate revenue and expand the Company's customer base in the region.
- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
- Achieve Revenue and PBT targets for the region.
- Understanding potential customers' requirements, coordinate for solution design, submit response to RFQ's timely and competitively.
- Liaise with customers on a regular basis to identify their crucial and urgent requirements.
- Interface / Window person to Customers' issues and resolve customer issues proactively in coordination with Operations team within prescribed TAT.
- Market intelligence of competitors and their activities in the region.
- Analyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
- Support price escalation / revision in rates with existing customers.
- Coordinate with Operations, Solution Designing Team for providing solution to customer requirements.
- Customer Database Management
- Facilitate Contract Singing off / Renewal of agreements with existing and new customers commercially.
- Support timely payment from Customers (Account Receivable).
- Proven experience in onboarding New Customers
- A Sales Hunter
- Capability to understand diversified customer requirements with strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent influencing and networking skills
- Negotiation Skills, self-driven with strong analytical skills.
- Experience in Solutions selling & B2B selling.
- Effective Communication & Presentation Skills.
