Job Description :
- Managing P&L of an entire region.
- Responsible for developing & driving sales productivity for the region.
- Achieve POS opening targets at large/Medium/Small stores & Key Accounts/LFR.
- Liaise with relevant departments to get information support to sales team to ensure sales operation meet or exceed the target.
- Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with team, to ensure business strategies are executed.
- Measure the productivity and efficiency level of sales team closely and initiate corrective action
- Understand competitive landscape and market dynamics and provide necessary feedback to product teams / HQ
- Responsible for the quality / risk of business acquired/portfolio within the sales area.
- Initiate and drive process improvement measures to ensure better productivity and superior customer experience
- Recruitment and training of sales teams
- Provide support to the collections team
- Should be passionate about Sales and numbers
- Must be Target Oriented
- Handle a large number of team members
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Leading from the front
- Must have hunger for growth
