What You Will Do-
- Effectively drive and grow the business from the Modern Trade channel in the defined territories
- Drive the business to achieve the decided sales revenue targets and business objectives
- Manage and grow the relationship and drive business from the Modern Trade channel
- Develop execute the sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Mentor, guide and drive the team to achieve the desired results
- Use data analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- To handle all in-store execution - availability of stock, share of shelf etc
- Ensure effective stock forecasting to maintain the stock availability and pipeline
- Margin negotiations, MOU closure, revenue, campaign planning collections of Ecommerce business of the organization
- To drive operational excellence by developing models to improve process efficiency, reduce delivery costs.
Desired Candidate Profile What you need to have:
- MBA in Marketing with 8-15 years of experience
- Prior experience and sound understanding of Modern Trade & eCommerce,
- Experience in an FMCD/Consumer Durables Company in the Sales function at a Regional / National level
- Good grasp of distribution and logistics management
- Good understanding of Marketing and Brand plans implementation
- Networking skills and strong orientation towards customer management
- Ability to handle pressure in a dynamic environment
- Sharp negotiation and influencing skills
