- Create a pipeline of potential clients and develop effective business strategies.

- Achieve and exceed business goals by implementing region-specific innovative strategies.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals aligned with client needs and objectives.
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers, setting up meetings accordingly.
- Present new products and services and enhance existing client relationships.
- Measure and enhance the productivity and efficiency of the sales team.
- Stay familiar with the NBFC's core system and market trends.
- Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify opportunities for campaigns and services.
- Lead and supervise the team, providing best-in-class business development training.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities to maximize performance.
