- Manage a complete Region for Advertising Sales.
- Introduction of Product / Inventories to Advertisers and Media Agencies.
- Responsible for Target oriented Revenue Generation / Sale of Advertising Inventory.
- Relationship Management with Key Advertisers / Agencies.
- Maintaining Width and Depth in the Market
- Campaign Management. Closing to Execution.
- Research, Data Analysis, Inputs and Support to Marketing and Technology for Product Development and Improvisation in business Process.
- Will be responsible for managing all aspects of Reportee: Recruitment, Training, motivating, scheduling and meeting execution, as well as MIS and meeting performance goals.
- Competition Tracking and Market Know how.
- Sales MIS
Work Profile:
- Account segregation in team and management.
- Sales Meetings with Advertisers / Media Agencies.
- Maintain Advertiser / Inventory Booking pipeline.
- Campaign Management.
- Revenue Collections.
Location and Area of Work (AOW):
- Gurgaon
Professional Experience:
- 7- 9 years in “Media Sales”
Reporting to: Vice President - Sales
Reportee: Account Managers/Sr. Account Managers
Age: 28 +

- Sales Targets.
- Maintaining Width and Depth in the market.
- Support to Marketing.
- Team Management
Compensation Plan:
- Salary as per industry standards
- Monthly incentive on KRA performance
- Reimbursements for Mobile + Travel.
Desired Qualities / Skills:

- Some Team Management experience
Educational Background:
