Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ability to maintain contact with network/contacts related to existing customers and technologies
- To coach and lead the team of business development managers and key account managers to achieve agreed sales target in the given region
- To contribute knowledge in the business plan about the segment
- Formulate and develop a regional sales & marketing plan and accountable for implementation
- Responsible for creating sales contracts and commercial agreements within the guidelines framework as set by the organisation
- A good understanding about the polymers,additives,and chemical industry
Qualification:
- U G: B.Tech /B.E/B.Sc-Any Specialisation
- PG: Any postgraduate
