Regional Sales Manager
1) Targets & Numbers: Responsible for achieving yearly targets and business plans for assigned markets in the Segment including, OEM, Aftermarket and Consultants.
2) Performance-based contracts: Driving Product as well as service sales with performance-based contracts as a differentiated solution for customers.
3) Driving and Implementing Strategy: Driving and implementing sales strategies that have short term and long-term impacts on business, team and customer experience.
4) Analysis and Forecasting: Analyze the market trend, Org. performance and work on forecasting in a fairly accurate way based on Org sales strategy, successes, weaknesses, and opportunities.
5) Collaboration & Driving Full Value Chain: Responsible for working across functions for the projects related to segment / assigned markets to drive full value chain creating value for customers
6) Driving & Managing Opportunities: Responsible for new opportunity generation, driving business opportunities and converting them into the business.
7) Building a competent & agile team: Work on Development plan for team members for future leadership development. Work on the building, knowledgeable, motivated, agile team.
