Salary : Hike based on current CTC

Experience : 

- Minimum 5 to 6 Years in Loan Against Property (LAP) Sales.

- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Team Handling

JOB Role : 

- Manage sales team for cross channel and open market for Loan against Property.

- Manage the team of ASM and SM

- Prospecting HNI clients and explain various products related to Loan against property and secured OD.

- Ensure additional revenue generation through cross - sell

- Multi selling To be alert on competitive elements in the target segments

- Improve efficiency by monitoring & overseeing continuous improvement of processes 

- Constantly have a rapport with the operating units to customize and develop solutions

- Augment the presence and penetration of the brand in the target market Maintain high caliber client service.
