Our client is a top NBFC brand in India looking for Regional Sales Managers - LAP (Prime) product for Bengaluru, Delhi and Mumbai locations.

Job Role:

1.The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of experience in handling LAP financing business (Ticket Size above 2 Crores) is mandatory. Driving business through DSA channel is required. The specific geography location experience is also a mandatory requirement.

2. The candidate should have good DSA network relationship and driving business numbers.

3. Should have excellent people management skills.

4. Candidates from NBFCs and Small Finance Banks are preferred.

5. Qualification: Any Degree

Fixed CTC: 30,00,000 P.A + Incentives
